I REACHED MY UGW1

This morning i woke up and its been almost 2 weeks since i weighed myself. I get on the scales saying “i know my fat ass didnt lose shit” and when i looked down at the scale it said i lost 16 pounds…I was weighing 195 now im 179…in only 8 days.!!!! now just 50 pounds to go :)

so for the past couple of days i’ve been going to sleep in a corset..i measured myself this morning and i’ve lost 2 inches in my tummy….try it shit works

Just finished a workout

i just finished a workout and i found out that i do better if i play music…but one problem all my music is slow.!!! anybody know of any upbeat workout (thinspo) songs.?
